Mother Daughter Camp “Step It Up!”

Mother Daughter Camp is a camping experience dedicated to promoting missions awareness and education. Individual Christian growth and commitment are emphasized. The camping program is sponsored by Woman’s Missionary Union of Maryland/Delaware. It is designed to give girls in grades 1-3, an opportunity to experience Bible study, worship, missions education, recreation and crafts in an outdoor setting.

This summer, campers will explore how living a Life in Jesus leads to a life of excitement and adventure as we follow His lead and will for our lives.
Dates & Times: Saturday to Sunday of Girls Camp. July 14-15, 2022 (Check-in at 10:00 am)
Registration Deadline: June 18, 2022
Age: Entering grades 1 -3
Cost: $75 per person (Cost includes program costs, lodging, meals, autograph backpack, crafts and T-shirt)
Location: Camp Wo-Me-To Camp
Wo-Me-To is located at 1200 Knopp Road in Jarrettsville, Maryland 21084, in Harford County, near Rocks State Park. It is owned and operated by the Woman’s Missionary Union, an Auxiliary to the Baptist Convention of Maryland/Delaware.
In order to limit the possibility of COVID- 19 entering Camp Wo-Me-To property, we will be screening all guests before entry for all camps/ programs. This will include:
- All campers, chaperones,counselors, and staff will be required to show a negative at-home test completed within 72 hrs of arriving at camp.
- All campers and adult participants will sign and complete a health questionnaire and medical release when arriving at camp, stating that they exhibited no symptoms associated with COVID-19 during the 14 day period leading up to their arrival at camp Wo-Me-To. This includes a statement that also verifies that they have not been in close contact with a positive case of COVID-19 within the last 14 days. The Health Questionnaire and Medical release form is found in the blue link below. Camp registration is not considered complete until registration is paid in full.
- All participants staying at camp will have a daily temperature check in the morning before leaving the cabin. Anyone with a temperature of 100.3 or higher or showing symptoms of COVID-19 will be isolated and not be allowed to remain at camp.
- Wearing a face mask is not required while at camp, however, if you choose to, you may wear a face mask.
These guidelines are subject to change in alignment with the CDC and MD Department of Health recommendations.
